A Feast of World Gastronomy


Like the previous year, and even better !

Xavier is happy to renew this year his membership for the second edition of “A Feast of World Gastronomy”, in Toulouse next April 2nd to 4th, 2007.

It will be faithful to the spirit that assured the success of the first edition : a congress based on exchanging experiences in a convivial atmosphere. We will remain loyal to our initial approach not only due to our convictions, but also because the twenty-two chefs that were invited last March felt concerned by our efforts and encouraged us by saying “continue this way.”

It seems evident, both to them and to us, that cooking is something that should be shared without establishing boundaries nor distinguishing between nationalities. It should in no case used as a pretext for confronting chefs whether their age or their style.And even if behind each chef there is a story, personality and cooking differences ; this diversity is the link between chefs sharing the same passion, the ambition to improve in terms of quality and to be at the summit of their career.

This will shown in Toulouse.

More than ever, “A Feast of World Gastronomy” has one objective : to share the magic which surround this profession.
