Come and share Xavier’s passion !

Every month you can rendezvous at Xavier’s where you are invited to discover the surrounding countrysides around an authentic “Wine and Cheese” meal. You will take part in the explained marriage of fifteen or so cheeses around five wines, in our “sampling” cellar with its typical Toulouse architecture. Assortments especially selected from the best cheeses in our cellars await you, with Xavier providing lots of surprises : an unforgettable moment of discovery and conviviality.
