If defending farm and traditional cheeses has been our credo for the past thirty years, it is because they vehicle a culture and an authenticity which is a living expression of a certain quality of life. This quality of life is dear to us, and we would like to preserve it through our work.

This is why our preoccupations also involve a wide range of other fields. Amongst these we include the fight against pollution and promoting sustainable development.

Which is why Xavier has acquired a fleet of 10 cycles, suitably equipped for deliveries to our town centre customers, and for our staff’s personal use.

We have been installed in the heart of Toulouse’s centre for 30 years, so by that fact we are affected by the problems of traffic circulation, both contributing to and suffering from its increase, to the point of the saturation that it has reached today.

In the interests of economy, ecology and respect for the town centre we are keen to apply a strategy of sustainable development together with the other institutions involved.

In organising our activities around this eco-citizen outlook, we commit ourselves to, and agree to participate in the improvement of the quality of life in Toulouse’s town centre.
