The fromagerie is above all a refiner of traditional and farm-made cheeses. We travel regularly to meet with farmers and to track down the cheeses that will satisfy our requirements and your expectations. We are proud to offer a wide variety of over 300 products from France and elsewhere, ranging from the most traditional to the most exotic.

It is in the heart of our own cellars that the cheeses are aged, with, of course, the most strict attention to hygienic practices.

But the fromagerie is above all a team of professionals who guides its customers, advising connoisseurs, novices and great restaurants alike.

Our know-how is at your service to put together assortments according to : your tastes, the best cheeses of the season, and your planned event.

Lastly, to sample all of these flavors, ourtasting cellar offers a special atmosphere for tastings, receptions or business meetings. Lively presentations with explanations are offered either onsite or elsewhere.

As ambassadors of the cheese world, we frequently participate in private and professional dinner parties, in debates and competitions (in the Jury at the Paris Cheese Convention), as well as in educational (the Day of Taste in primary schools) and informational (National Cheese Day since 2003) campaigns.
