The entire team of Fromagerie Xavier is happy to open its store to you and hopes to be able to share its daily passion with you as much as it can.
A family business, we wanted to build ourselves while preserving traditional know-how, which is what gives character and taste to our products. It is in the shadows of our cellars, right in the heart of old Toulouse, that our cheeses are aged. Here, choice and diversity are essential ; more than 300 cheeses from France and elsewhere, the old favorites as well as rarities, are all available to for you to try.
Allow us to guide you….to listen to you and to offer some advice, surprising and delighting your taste buds. All of these things are part of our job !
