What you need to know...

Bichonnet is a farm cheese very worthy of  lovers of goats’ milk cheese.  Its fine ashen crust is naturally formed while it matures in the cellar.  Like the famous Sainte Maure, a slender straw runs through, it easily draining its humidity:  the result is a delicate, tender and velvety cheese.  As for its taste, it imparts with delicacy a slightly nutty, milky fragrance.  Tasty happiness!
