Originating in the Vendée region, then refined in the Basque country, its taste holds onto the ground gained by its voyage – so much so that it has absorbed the character and pride of its region. This oh so rustic goats’ milk cheese gives forth a grainy quality, and is flaky and irresistible to the end.
