This speciality of the house is elaborated from a confidential recipe, brought to perfection with passion and shared pleasure, giving the Brie à la Truffe Fraîche the possibility of expressing the best of itself. Naturally, the production remains seasonal depending as it does on the truffle harvest; these are selected, sorted and refined from our natural Midi-Pyrenean region, such that their aroma is fully developed. It is pleasant to have it between our teeth and to find the bits of this black gold associated with the creaminess of the cheese.
