Col del Fach’s small brother is presented in the shape of a small flat disc, about the size of a Camembert, with rounded sides, a rind slightly formed with discreet suggestions of mushrooms. In the mouth it expresses itself spontaneously, but in a restrained manner. Its fat content will deliver cellar aromas with straw-like nuances.
