The Cambremer Cider of Tradition is a typical cider of the Auge countryside. It carries the Appellation Pays d’Auge Contrôlée, and is a subtle combination of around twenty varieties of apple, including Bedan, St Martin, St Aubin, Ameyré, and many more! It is craft manufactured, the fruit of careful and moderate production: not more than 40 000 bottles per year.
