What you need to know...
This is similar to the Cheese Meal with one wine only, but is designed to be accompanied by a dry white wine, followed by red wine. For each wine an assortment of cheeses is offered: that is to say two cheeseboards each composed of 7 cheeses, in portions adapted to the amount of guests and numbered in the order of sampling.
