What you need to know...
This is the Cheese Meal in its most gastronomic version! It consists of three assortments:
5 cheeses in union with a dry white wine, followed by 5 with a red wine, and lastly, 3 with a naturally sweet white wine. Here again, there is a cheeseboard for each wine. All are numbered in the order of sampling from the mildest to the most intensive. Add the wines, the farmhouse bread, crudités, and let the celebrations begin!
