Coeur de Prémont  is made using traditional methods and has a no-nonsense character with a powerful smell and lingering taste … but which, rather surprisingly, leaves a long deliciously sugary aftertaste.  As a worthy member of the Maroilles family, this cheese melts so easily in the mouth, and lends itself to the palates of all taste-sensation seekers!
