What you need to know...
This is a delicate little heart as much in texture as in taste. Its creamy runny interior develops very nuanced expressions, characteristic of its ovine (sheep) origins. Its melting texture opens out in a mature cream environment. To be spread on toast and enjoyed with a glass of good dry white wine.
