What you need to know...
This is a farm cheese and it is newly-born (its creation is totally fresh!); Coup de Corne (horn butt) is appealing due to its atypical shape! It is a flat triangle with a hole pierced in its centre, and it goes without saying that it brings a touch of originality to a cheeseboard. But whilst giving a pleasant impression, its ashen rind lodges a creamy melts-in-the-mouth content, with a smooth taste which can be accompanied by a light red wine, or even a chilled rosé.
