What you need to know...
The bread we have selected to accompany our cheeses is an authentic farmhouse bread, rustic and rarely found in this day and age. It comes to us directly from Aveyron where the baker produces it according to a procedure transmitted from generation to generation. Of course it is leaven-based, and it comes in beautifully dense rounded loaves weighing 2 kg which are flavor and characterful, conserving from the tradition a capacity of several days’ preservation.
