Of the cheeses issuing from the great Münster family type, this one is regularly rubbed in Gewurtztraminer white wine. it has a strong smell with a fine, smooth interior and as melting as you like. Solid cows from the Vosges provide the excellent quality milk, rich in proteins; this mild lacteal flavour can be rediscovered in its fine orange rind.
