What you need to know...
Le Poêlier is made by a fervent farmer, extremely passionate about her job, who raises, feeds, and cares for a small herd of goats in the center of our beautiful country. The entire process is done in an oh so exceptional fashion: all attentions are lavished as it is a of an application in a traditional and professional breeding. We obtain this cheese at the point in its maturation when the cheese is the shape of a Selles sur Cher, but with some characteristics of molding that resemble a Corsican crusting. Its exceptional taste is a testament to its heritage. But just because it had a delicate upbringing doesn’t mean it isn’t a hardy cheese.
