What you need to know...
This cheese, that everyone in France knows well, was selected with care from a traditional producer. It will have matured for 100 days in the ancient cellars that one finds in the North of France, which are made entirely of brick. It is here where the moist rind develops naturally in order to transform the paste into an unctuous material.
