What you need to know...
Of the cheeses issuing from the great Münster family, this one is the smallest. Regularly rubbed in Gewurtztraminer white wine, this Münster has a strong smell with a fine, smooth interior and as melting as you like. Solid cows from the Vosges provide the excellent quality milk, rich in proteins; this mild lacteal flavour can be rediscovered in its fine orange rind.
