What you need to know...
This is a German veined product and is without a doubt the mildest of the family of blue cheeses. It is triple pasteurised cream , with a very buttery texture, as melting as you wish. With refining, the flavour becomes slightly hot, adding an increment of character to the interior which reminds us of the taste of salted butter.
