What you need to know...

Pradel is a small round goats’ milk cheese with an ashen rind.  Its interior is white, serried and gives off delicate lactic curds flavours.  It develops with age, and can be enjoyed in creamy or dry form.  Its light and fine taste becomes more pronounced as it blossoms out in its caprine (goat-like) aromas, highlighted by the ash.
