An absolute must. Roquefort was born in the chalky mountains of Aveyron and, since then, only cheese aged in the natural cellars of the city of Roquefort-sur-Soulzon, made from ewe’s milk, can carry the Roquefort name. Its flavor is sharp and powerful, while its texture is smooth and runny.
Don’t pass it up, Roquefort is one of the greatest blue cheeses in the world.
