La Rove is a craft cheese produced by roving shepherds. Their goats feed in the pastures of the Garrigue, rich in Provence aromas: thyme, rosemary, lavander and lemon fragances delicately perfume this refreshing cheese with a lactic taste, more or less present according to the refining process.
