What you need to know...

Fondue is a dish essentially composed of cheese which is melted in white wine.  It is preferably eaten in the evening, among friends.  To prepare it you must use a casserole, preferably an earthenware one, and have available a reheating surface to maintain the right temperature on the table.

Its great advantage is that it is easily and quickly prepared. With it you can entertain a good number of guests, and it can be enjoyed seated as well as standing up, thus facilitating contact between everyone.

A simple dessert can complete the meal, where a relaxed atmosphere is the rule!  Don’t above all forget the bread, wine and some crudities to lighten everything.
